Certified organic Champagne made from 100 percent Pinot Noir from the village of Les Riceys, in the Aube department of Champagne. One of the southernmost in the region. Here, on the border with Burgundy, the Pinot Noir grape thrives and the history of the area goes back to when the Romans settled and cultivated vines here. The Wongraven Champagne is a vinous style of Champagne with its elegant and refined character.

Tasting Note
Floral top notes with hint of plum, raspberry, blueberry and red currant. Vinous body and mouthfeel with flavors of plum, raspberry, red currant and a delicate floral character. Medium acidity and an elegant creamy texture combined with a concentrated, dry finish.
